IDEAL EV WORKFORCE
TRAINING PROGRAM
LEAP’S EV Workforce Training Program provides free bilingual training in electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) for rural and underserved communities.
Developed through the California Energy Commission’s IDEAL ZEV Workforce Pilot, the program prepares participants for emerging careers in EV technology and charging infrastructure.
